Attorney

Elena A. Weinberger

Elena is dedicated to helping individuals navigate complex and emotionally charged legal matters with clarity, confidence, and compassion.

Elena represents clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, and related issues, combining thoughtful advocacy with a practical, solutions-oriented approach.

Elena brings a unique background in legislative advocacy and lobbying to her family law practice. Through this work, she gained firsthand experience analyzing statutes, shaping policy, consensus-building through stakeholder engagement, and advocating before decision-makers—skills that translate directly to effective legal representation. This background strengthens her ability to advocate strategically in both negotiation and courtroom settings. It also informs a forward-thinking approach that anticipates legal trends and prioritizes long-term outcomes for clients and their families.

Elena's career in family law began during law school at a boutique family law firm in San Jose, California where she developed a strong foundation in family law practice and cultivated a passion for child custody advocacy through court-appointed Minor's Counsel work. This experience reinforced the importance of centering children's best interests while navigating complex family dynamics and high-conflict cases.

Before entering legal practice, Elena earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Government and Public Policy from the University of Arizona and later earned a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law. Elena was an active community member on both campuses. While at the University of Arizona, she was an active member of Alpha Kappa Psi and worked as a student assistant during Dr. Robert Robbins' first year as university president. While at Santa Clara, she formed two student organizations in addition to serving on the board of several others, including the Student Bar Association. Elena continues to be an active part of her community in Phoenix as a volunteer and member of the Young Professionals Council at Cancer Support Community of Arizona.

Elena is committed to being accessible, responsive, and straightforward, ensuring clients feel informed and supported at every stage of the legal process. Whether resolving matters through negotiation or advocating firmly when litigation is necessary, Elena works to protect clients' interests while helping them move forward with confidence.
